Learn about It's A Ruff Life Rescue & Their Mission:
To rescue and save the lives of innocent dogs who find themselves on death row through no fault of their own and/or provide a safe haven for stray, abandoned, or abused/neglected dogs. Whenever possible we will assist families who, because of various circumstances, are unable to continue caring for their dogs (owner surrenders) so they are not dumped into the shelter system. Our goal is to do exactly what our slogan says..."turn rough beginnings into happy endings". As Rescuers, we strive to not only save lives, but to improve the lives of each & every animal who we take into our rescue. But our mission goes beyond just rescue. As Animal Advocates, we also work toward educating the general public about the importance of spaying/neutering, responsible pet ownership, positive behavior modification training, proper nutrition, advocating to ban BSL , and for inhumane gas chambers to be abolished. Meet some of our adoptable dogs at the race! To Learn more about It's A Ruff Life Rescue or to see the dogs available for adoption please visit our website. |
Trails4Tails Fest is co-hosted by the Bucks County Triathlon Club.
The Bucks County Triathlon Club "BCTC" is dedicated to bringing like minded adult and youth triathletes together to train and race the sports of triathlon, xterra and trail running. The BCTC is made up of various levels of skill, ability and experience brought together by our common passion for triathlon and multisport. Members compete in local, regional and national races in all disciplines of endurance racing and multisport. Some members of the BCTC are just beginning in triathlon while others have qualified for USAT Nationals, placed in age groups in regional triathlons, completed multiple 70.3s and have even qualified to race in Kona at the Ironman World Championships. But it isn't just the competition. The BCTC's focus is always to support other members, train, race and have fun as a team. Our passion for multisport is mirrored by our passion for fun, and we hold various social events throughout the year. |
